We are looking for a shift manager who would organize the work of production line operators and support staff, help the team complete tasks, and ensure smooth shift operations.
Nature of work
- Organize shift work and distribute tasks according to the production plan.
- Monitor the progress of work, production quality and compliance with established deadlines.
- Assist operators and support staff, coordinate the training of new employees.
- Monitor compliance with occupational safety requirements and workplace procedures.
- Promptly respond to production disruptions and coordinate their resolution with responsible colleagues.
- Record shift results and transmit important information to the next shift.
What are we hoping for
- Ability to organize work, clearly distribute tasks and communicate with the team.
- Responsibility, attention to quality and ability to solve everyday work situations.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience in production or team management would be an advantage.
