We are looking for a strong, independent and result-oriented shift manager who will be responsible for organizing the work of the entire shift, managing the team and the result.
In this position, we do not expect the transfer of problems, but independent assessment of the situation, decision-making and responsibility for the result.

Job description:
- organize the work of the entire production shift and ensure the implementation of the production plan;
- effectively distribute employees, tasks and other resources;
- control labor productivity, quality, raw material use and overtime;
- ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and technological requirements;
- promptly solve problems with employees, equipment, raw materials and order fulfillment;
- manage, develop and motivate the team, ensure labor discipline;
- participate in the selection and training of new employees;
- provide clear information about the results of the shift, problems and decisions made;
- fill in working time accounting and other necessary documents;
- initiate improvement of production processes.
We hope you:
- you have experience in leading a production shift or a team of employees;
- you are able to independently organize work and take responsibility for the result;
- you know how to set priorities, make decisions quickly and solve problems;
- you are able to demand results while maintaining a constructive relationship with the team;
- you have good planning, communication and work organization skills;
- you are proactive, responsible and focused on efficiency and quality;
- you know how to work with basic Microsoft Office programs.
