Your responsibilities
- Lead the production planning, purchasing and customer service teams.
- Ensure effective production capacity planning and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Manage and optimize planning, purchasing and order fulfillment processes.
- Analyze performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities and initiate changes.
- Ensure smooth cooperation between production, supply chain and other business functions.
- Implement LEAN principles and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop the team, strengthen employee competencies and leadership culture.
- Represent Metso in international projects and cooperate with global teams.
What do we expect from you
- Higher education (preferably in engineering, technical or production management).
- At least 3 years of management experience in production planning and supply chain process management.
- Understanding the entire order fulfillment chain - from supply and inventory management to customer order delivery.
- Experience working with SAP (preferably) or other ERP system.
- Knowledge of LEAN and process efficiency principles.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication and team building skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
