Nature of work:
- Manage the planning and coordination of the entire production cycle (cutting, sewing, packaging), ensuring smooth flow management both in internal production and with subcontractors;
- Prepare and implement production plans, balancing loads and capacities at different production stages;
- Ensure stable, predictable and timely production execution, focused on timely fulfillment of customer orders;
- Manage production orders and planning processes in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with the real situation;
- Ensure timely availability of materials and components before the start of production, in close cooperation with the procurement and supply chain teams;
- Continuously monitor production execution, identify deviations from the plan and initiate operational solutions (replanning, capacity reallocation, subcontracting);
- Perform an integrated production control function – ensure the compatibility of all processes from order to final product;
- Analyze production data, provide insights to management and initiate process efficiency solutions;
- Reduce the need for manual planning by strengthening systematic planning and standardized practices.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in production planning (preferably in the textile industry, multi-stage production);
- Experience in managing end-to-end production processes and working with capacity planning;
- Experience in textile or apparel production is a great advantage;
- Practical experience in working with ERP systems (an advantage is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations);
- Good data analysis skills (Excel, BI tools) and the ability to make decisions based on data;
- Deep knowledge of BOM structures, technological processes and production planning principles;
- Strong leadership, coordination and decision-making skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage priorities and ensure timely implementation of results;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills when working with different functions;
- Analytical, structured thinking and efficiency orientation;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Higher university education (management, business, textile engineering or other related field).
