Your responsibilities:
- Prepare a production plan according to the demand for bicycles.
- Taking into account the number of employees, equipment, orders, coordinate production operations in different departments and ensure a continuous flow of production.
- Recommend optimal solutions to reduce production costs and improve production processes and product quality.
- Make changes to production plan to ensure sales orders.
- Initiate (in consultation with Supply Chain Manager(s)) proposals for improving existing procedures and practices and seek process optimization.
- Prepare planning activity reports and submit them to the management on time.
- Maintain a good relationship with the team, share experience, help, cooperate in tasks in the supply department.
- Have a good knowledge of the business processes of "Pon.Bike Lithuania" in the relevant field of competence and, as one of the main users of SAP, ensure that the processes are carried out correctly, coordinate actions, supervise process descriptions and plans.
- Provide support to end users, perform acceptance testing before implementing changes.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager(s).
This job requires:
- higher education in logistics, supply chain management, business or related field;
- at least two years of work experience in the field of production planning;
- knowledge of all Microsoft Office or Google drive, docs, sheets, slides programs;
- strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- ability to ensure effective communication and excellent organizational and time planning skills;
- orientation to results and motivation to work;
- at least intermediate level knowledge of Lithuanian and English (oral and written)
- Advantage: Experience with SAP.
