In your hands will be🤲:
- Manage the planning and coordination processes of electrical panel production, ensuring a smooth flow of work at all stages of production - from picking to assembly, testing and preparation for shipment;
- Prepare and implement production plans, balancing loads, deadlines and production capacities in different processes;
- Ensure stable, predictable and timely production execution, focused on meeting customer project deadlines;
- Manage production orders and planning processes in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and their compliance with the real production situation;
- Ensure timely availability of components, electrical materials and components before the start of production, in close cooperation with the warehouse, purchasing and supply chain teams;
- Constantly monitor the production progress, identify deviations from the plan and promptly initiate decisions on deadlines, capacities or resource reallocation;
- Coordinate the flow of information between production, project managers, engineering and other related departments, ensuring smooth implementation of projects;
- Work with technical documentation - electrical diagrams, drawings, specifications and production documents;
- Analyze production data, prepare reports on production progress, adherence to deadlines and execution of plans;
- Initiate and implement process efficiency solutions in order to increase production efficiency, reduce disruptions and strengthen systematic planning.
We expect you to 🫶👌 :
- You have experience in production planning, coordination or process management;
- You are able to plan, organize and prioritize work in a dynamic environment;
- You understand the principles of production process and capacity planning;
- You are able to analyze information, make decisions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- You have skills in working with ERP systems and MS Excel;
- You are able to work with technical documentation, drawings and specifications;
- You are responsible, result-oriented and efficient in organizing work;
- You have good communication and collaboration skills;
- Knowledge of English is an advantage;
- Higher education in engineering, management or a related field is an advantage.
