We are looking for a Production Planning Manager who would manage the production planning process, lead the planning team, and ensure smooth coordination and continuous improvement of planning processes.
Nature of work:
- Manage strategic, monthly, weekly and daily production planning, ensuring the implementation of long-term business goals, smooth production flow and efficient use of capacity.
- Lead the planning department team, organize its work and develop employee competencies.
- Coordinate planning processes between production, purchasing, warehouse, logistics and sales departments.
- Analyze production and supply chain data, prepare reports, identify risks and provide proposals for improving operational efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate, improve and optimize production process planning.
- Analyze the need for production capacity and employees, taking into account the planned performance results.
Requirements:
- Higher education in statistics, logistics and supply chain management, economics or another related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of production planning, preferably in a larger manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of production processes and data analysis.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Good skills in using MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Analytical thinking, good planning and organizational skills and result orientation.
