We are currently inviting a Production Planner to join the team, who will contribute to the smooth planning and management of production processes.

What will you do with us?
- You will effectively plan and organize the work of the production department, ensuring smooth execution of processes;
- You will create, adjust and control production plans, taking into account customer needs and forecasts in the ERP system;
- You will distribute tasks to the team, mobilize employees to achieve common goals;
- You will ensure smooth cooperation with other departments, promptly resolve emerging problems;
- You will analyze production indicators (KPI), prepare reports and initiate efficiency improvement solutions;
- You will contribute to ensuring product quality by applying preventive actions together with other departments;
- You will monitor the performance of processes and propose improvement initiatives.
We hope you
- You have at least 2 years of experience in production management;
- You are familiar with the principles of production planning and process management;
- You are able to analyze KPI indicators and make data-based decisions;
- You have strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills;
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment and organize teamwork;
- You know how to work with a computer and quickly understand systems;
- You have excellent command of the Lithuanian language (verbally and in writing).
Advantages:
- Knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of LEAN methodology;
- Experience working with ERP systems;
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF).
Salary
2000-2500
