We are looking for someone who enjoys numbers, planning and a dynamic environment. This will not be a boring job with tables – you will need to see the big picture, assess sales, orders, balances, production capacity and put it all into a realistic production plan.
In short – you will help us answer the very important daily question: what, how much and when should we produce?

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will monitor sales, orders and production balances – so that we know what and how much needs to be produced.
- You will assess production needs, taking into account orders, balances, sales trends and the duration of production processes.
- You will prepare production plans and, if the situation changes, adjust them – because not everything in production always goes according to the original plan.
- You will integrate production plans into the planning system and monitor how they are being implemented.
- You will plan the need for raw materials required for production.
- You will compare the plan with actual results, notice deviations and look for their causes.
- You will monitor order fulfillment, production volumes and other important indicators.
- You will systematize data and prepare information that helps you make daily decisions.
- You will communicate a lot with colleagues from production, sales, logistics and other teams – planning here is teamwork.

We are looking for someone who likes order in numbers, but doesn't get lost when the daily plan suddenly changes.
