We believe that you have a golden rule - to plan so that equipment and other resources are used to the maximum. To plan effectively - a few simple words that open the door to our #HAPPY ice cream world!
Creating an optimal production plan (based on production schedules) and submitting orders to production;
Analyzing and changing the production plan, taking into account market restrictions, customer orders, seasonality;
Controlling the execution of the production plan, analyzing non-fulfillment and solving problems using their solution methodologies;
Ensuring the required amount of production in the warehouse;
Continuous analysis of the dynamics of ordered products, providing proposals to management.

What do we expect from you?
Higher technical - technological education;
At least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing company;
Excellent skills in working with MS Excel (advantage: experience working with accounting and warehouse management programs);
Understanding of the system of production efficiency and quality indicators (advantage: experience participating in efficiency improvement projects);
Quick orientation, ability to systematize and analyze frequently changing data, summarize information;
Analytical thinking, innovative approach, responsibility, orientation to results, creativity and initiative, ability to work in a team, effective management of working time and priorities.

Our journey in the world of ice cream began in 1950 as a family-run business. This is where our story began, which has been developing consistently, with ambition and clear taste to this day.
Today, our ice cream reaches consumers all over the world – from the nearest European countries to more distant exotic markets.
“Klaipėdos pienas” is part of one of the largest and most modern milk processing groups in the Baltic States – “Žemaitijos pienas”. The group has accumulated more than 100 years of experience and unites 13 brands and more than 1,200 employees.
Our company employs about 140 people, thanks to whom several dozen different types of ice cream are presented to the world under our DIONE and KAR KAR brands.
