We invite you to join the AB "Klaipėdos pienas" team, where your planning solutions will help ensure smooth ice cream production and that our DIONE and KAR KAR ice creams reach customers in various markets around the world on time.
We are looking for someone who is able not only to create a plan, but also to manage it, anticipate changes and find the most effective solutions in a dynamic production environment.

Your responsibilities:
- you will create and constantly update optimal production plans, combining orders, seasonality and production capacities
- you will plan production volumes and sequences, aiming for efficient use of equipment and other resources
- you will prepare work schedules for production employees according to the created production plan, ensuring proper distribution of employees according to production needs
- you will monitor the execution of the production plan, analyze the causes of deviations and promptly coordinate the necessary changes
- you will analyze the dynamics of orders and production needs, contribute to optimal inventory management of manufactured products
- you will cooperate with production, sales, purchasing, warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring smooth implementation of orders
- you will analyze planning and production efficiency indicators and provide suggestions for improving processes
We hope you:
- have work experience in production planning, supply chain management or a similar field (preferably at least 2 years)
- have a higher or higher education in production, engineering, logistics, economics or another related field
- work well with MS Excel, are able to analyze and systematize large amounts of data
- understand production processes, principles of capacity planning and efficient use of resources
- are able to independently make decisions, set priorities and quickly respond to changing situations
- are characterized by analytical thinking, responsibility, initiative and the ability to cooperate with different teams
A great advantage is experience in the food industry or FMCG sector, skills in drawing up work schedules for production employees and participation in projects to improve operational efficiency.

Today, our ice cream reaches consumers all over the world - from the nearest European countries to more distant exotic markets.
