The company is currently recruiting a Production Planner to join the team for an exciting and challenging role.
Your job:
You will become part of the Production Operations Planning team and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth production process by balancing customer needs with material availability and production capacity. In this position, you will coordinate planning activities, monitor their implementation, and take action to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient resource allocation in production.

Employee requirements:
- Work experience in production planning;
- Experience working with ERP systems (Monitor would be an advantage);
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work with large amounts of data;
- Excellent Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian.
Nature of work
- Management of the production planning process from order receipt to implementation;
- Development, adjustment and control of production plans based on customer needs and daily implementation of production tasks;
- Ensuring availability of materials before starting the production process;
- Initiation and management of purchase and production orders;
- Monitoring order execution and ensuring compliance with deadlines;
- Evaluation of production capacity and balancing of workload in the production process;
- Identification of potential delays and initiation of preventive actions;
- Analysis of causes of delays and implementation of solutions;
- Coordination of actions with production, supply chain, warehouse and project management departments;
- Ensuring accuracy of master data;
- Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs);
- Participation in process improvement and optimization projects.
