Join the UAB "Rietuva" team - a modern and growing manufacturing company where we value responsibility, initiative and continuous improvement. We are looking for a Production Planner who will contribute to the smooth planning of prefab production, coordination of production processes and efficient use of production capacity.
Your responsibilities
- Plan production and coordinate the work of production facilities;
- Calculate production times, assess production capacities and draw up production plans;
- Plan production according to customer orders, production capacities and available production balances;
- Monitor the progress of production processes and promptly adjust plans, taking into account the situation in production;
- Prepare production tasks and ensure their timely implementation;
- Organize weekly production plan discussions and coordinate the transfer of information to the production team;
- Calculate the need for raw materials and materials required for production and prepare applications for the purchasing department;
- Cooperate with production, purchasing, warehouse and other company departments;
- Monitor production results, analyze data and make proposals to improve production efficiency;
- Analyze production planning processes and initiate actions to optimize and improve them;
- Prepare production planning reports and ensure the provision of accurate and timely information to responsible employees.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher or higher education in the field of technology, engineering, economics or finance;
- At least 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Experience in production planning and process coordination;
- Good understanding of production processes, technology and equipment operating principles;
- Ability to calculate production times, assess capacities and plan production volumes;
- Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and basic English;
- Good computer skills, especially working with MS Excel;
- Experience working with production planning and accounting systems is an advantage;
- Analytical thinking, ability to systematize information and make decisions;
- Independence, initiative, responsibility, diligence and good organization;
- Ability to respond quickly to changes and cooperate smoothly with different departments of the company.
