PRODUCTION PLANNER (-A)

We are a modern metalworking company that provides comprehensive manufacturing services – from sheet metal laser cutting, bending and welding to CNC turning, milling and final assembly of products.
As production volumes grow, we are looking for a production planner who is able to effectively manage production capacities, plan equipment loading and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Your main responsibilities:

• Production resource planning: plan and distribute work in laser cutting, bending, welding, CNC turning, milling and other production departments.
• Equipment load management: ensure optimal equipment and employee occupancy, avoid downtime and uneven distribution of work.
• Production sequencing: create short-term and medium-term production schedules based on order deadlines, technological processes and available capacities.
• Order flow coordination: ensure that products move from one production operation to another on time.
• Production lead time control: monitor actual production progress, identify delays and promptly adjust plans.
• Bottleneck identification: analyze production loads, predict potential capacity shortages and propose solutions.
• Collaboration: work closely with production managers, foremen, technologists, warehouse and other departments.
• Use of ERP system: plan and control production orders using Lantek ERP system.

Experience in the metalworking industry, knowledge of laser cutting, bending, welding or CNC machining.
