Your responsibilities
- Planning of the production process based on data analysis;
- Planning and control of production work, taking into account equipment, raw materials and their prices, human resources, with the aim of optimizing the process;
- Constant communication with production masters, purchasing and sales managers and raw material suppliers, in order to ensure a smooth production process;
- Variable work schedule from 06:00 to 19:30 with free weekends and holidays.
During the trial period, working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00
There is no remote/hybrid work model.
Your profile
- Experience in production processes;
- Higher or higher education in the field of exact sciences;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
- Knowledge of English or Russian (Russian - basics);
- Analytical skills and persuasiveness;
- Ability to work in stressful situations and make quick decisions;
- Ability to see a broad picture of the company's activities and be goal-oriented.
