Nature of work
Organization of work in the production workshop according to the order sequence, deadlines and production capacity;
Preparation of weekly and operational production plans and control of their implementation;
Distribution of work to two shifts and coordination of plan implementation;
Management and balancing of production load between work centers;
Prompt response to changes in priorities, deadlines or orders;
Production sequence management in order to avoid overloading of workplaces or downtime;
Continuous monitoring of production indicators and initiation of decisions to increase efficiency;
Ensuring safety, order and efficient use of equipment;
Cooperation with technologists, foremen and production manager.

Employee requirements
Experience in furniture manufacturing, woodworking or other custom manufacturing;
Experience in planning and organizing production;
Ability to manage work sequence, workload and deadlines;
Technological thinking and understanding of production processes;
Ability to make quick decisions in a changing environment;
Good computer skills;
Excel - essential;
Experience working with ERP / production management systems (Rivile, QAD or similar) - an advantage;
Knowledge of LEAN principles - an advantage;
English - an advantage.

Experience in small-medium series or non-standard production;
Experience in managing production workload between work centers;
Ability to analyze production data and make decisions based on indicators.
