Your responsibilities:
- Assist in planning the demand for goods manufactured in factories for production.
- Enter and update data in the ERP system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV);
- Analyze differences between production plans and facts;
- Prepare daily/weekly demand and inventory reports;
- Collaborate with purchasing, production and warehouse teams;
- Assist in creating short-term production and supply plans;
- Administer planning documents and ensure data accuracy;
- Contribute to inventory optimization and surplus reduction;
- Identify potential supply or planning risk factors;
- Perform all tasks assigned by the Production Demand Planning Manager.
Place of work: Medelyno g. 18, Dievogalos k., Kaunas r.
Requirements:
- Higher or higher education (logistics, supply chain, economics, management, etc.);
- Experience in planning, logistics or procurement is desirable;
- Good Excel skills (formulas, Pivot - an advantage);
- Experience with an ERP system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV - a big advantage);
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with data;
- Diligence and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate between different departments;
- Knowledge of English;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment;
- Willingness to learn and improve in the field of planning.
