Nature of work:
Position objective: responsibility for the technical condition of the equipment, efficient operation of the equipment, quality, loss elimination and work safety.
Main responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
- develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve technical maintenance processes and daily practices, ensure quality in the process;
- manage equipment settings, describe them, standardize and implement them. Eliminate losses.
- educate production line teams on production/technological process issues. Train teams in problem-solving methods and promote their use in the process;
- constantly provide proposals for the development, improvement of standards and increasing and improving work efficiency.
Our expectations:
- experience in similar work;
- knowledge of electromechanics, pneumatics, automation;
- ability to solve problems and learn from others;
- ability to read drawings, diagrams;
- quick orientation;
- knowledge of English (B1, B2 level):
- work experience in the field of printing would be an advantage.

While the construction of a new factory is underway in Jonava, the completion of which is planned for spring 2027, upon employment, training and work will be organized at the factory, which is located in Trakai district, Maišinės k. 1-2. Fuel costs are compensated according to the procedure in force in the company.
