Nature of work:
- Lead the production process team (~100 employees, 3 direct reports)
- Ensure smooth implementation of production plans, effectively plan human and material resources
- Analyze and identify process limitations, initiate productivity improvement solutions
- Resolve safety, quality and production-related issues
- Implement and standardize best practices
- Ensure smooth management of the electronics product repair process throughout the company
Employee requirements
- Higher education (in production management, engineering or electronics)
- At least 3 years of team management experience (an advantage - in an international manufacturing company)
- Knowledge of production processes
- Work organization and planning skills
- Analytical thinking and result orientation
- Good knowledge of English and excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
