Nature of work
- Ensure the operation of the brewery's OT equipment down to the PLC level, maintain OT applications, perform backup and recovery.
- Develop and implement the brewery automation strategy, participate in investment projects, maintain the interface of the production network with IT, share best practices with the Carlsberg OT team.
- Administer and maintain the OT infrastructure, local and remote communications.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and procedures.
- Manage OT system risks, including mitigation of obsolete equipment and cybersecurity risks.
- Be the first point of contact for all production-related OT incidents or questions.
- Communicate effectively on technical issues with internal IT departments and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of local production projects and ensure their compliance with established standards.
- Constantly update technical and process documentation.
- Actively participate in team activities and share ideas.
What do we expect?
- Bachelor's/Engineering degree in Electrical/Automation, Process Engineering, Software or similar fields.
- Knowledge of industrial and IT networks, protocols. Knowledge of commonly used communication protocols, e.g. Ethernet, ProfiNet, Profibus, AS-i, Modbus, OPC, etc.
- Knowledge of PLC software and programming skills. Work with a specific software package, e.g. Siemens.
- Knowledge and skills to maintain and improve existing PCS/SCADA/HMI software systems, including management and maintenance of related hardware, e.g. WinCC, etc.
- Knowledge of server platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices related to OT systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications.
- Experience in implementing process automation solutions would be an advantage.
- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of electrical systems, electrical safety and electrical diagrams.
