JOB DESCRIPTION: PRODUCTION PROCESS ENGINEER
We are inviting a Production Process Engineer to join our team in Vilnius. In this position, you will not be a small cog in a large system - you will become an important part of the team in a dynamic environment where everyone's contribution matters.

Your goal will not only be to describe production processes, but also to constantly improve them, increase efficiency and help our team produce advanced laser systems faster and with better quality, strengthening the technological independence and defense capabilities of Lithuania and Europe.

We are inviting a Production Process Engineer to join our team in Vilnius. In this position, you will not be a small cog in a large system - you will become an important part of the team in a dynamic environment where everyone's contribution matters.
This job is meaningful. Your goal will not only be to describe production processes, but also to constantly improve them, increase efficiency and help our team produce advanced laser systems faster and with better quality, strengthening the technological independence and defense capabilities of Lithuania and Europe.
IN THIS POSITION YOU:
- Create and maintain production routings, work instructions (SOPs) and other production documentation.
- Prepare product specifications (BOMs), ensure their accuracy and availability to the production team.
- Determine the sequence of production operations, time standards and control their compliance with real processes.
- Analyze production data, measure process efficiency and prepare regular production activity reports.
- Identify production bottlenecks, causes of downtime and the largest sources of defects and initiate their elimination.
- Look for opportunities to shorten production cycles, reduce costs and increase production efficiency.
- Participate in introducing new products into production and developing efficient production processes for them.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electronic, software and photonics engineers to implement process improvement initiatives.
- You will take responsibility for the consistent improvement of production processes and the implementation of data-driven solutions in the organization.
ABOUT YOU
- Has a higher engineering education in mechanics, industry, electronics, mechatronics or another related field.
- Has experience in the field of production, process engineering, industrialization or technology.
- Able to analyze data, understand process performance indicators and make fact-based decisions.
- Understand the principles of production process management and know how to identify opportunities for their improvement.
- Are proactive, independent and result-oriented.
- Able to effectively cooperate with specialists from different fields and coordinate joint initiatives.
- Speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English.
- Want to see the direct impact of your work on products that are being developed for real defense missions.

COMPENSATION
2200 – 3200 EUR gross. The final salary offer will depend on your competencies and professional experience.
