What will need to be done
- Supervise and improve the drone assembly process
- Ensure that products are manufactured with quality, accuracy and on time
- Analyze defects, non-conformities and their root causes
- Create and improve assembly instructions, control points and testing procedures
- Standardize production processes according to Lean / Kaizen / 5S principles
- Help move new products from R&D to stable production
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, production and suppliers
- Ensure that technical requirements are clearly understood and implemented in production
- Find process weaknesses and propose specific improvement solutions
- Contribute to a production culture where accuracy, responsibility and continuous improvement are important
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in electronics, electromechanics, mechatronics or technical product manufacturing
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and assembly documentation
- Practical understanding of manufacturing, assembly or quality processes
- Experience in solving manufacturing / quality / assembly problems
- Analytical thinking and ability to find the real causes of problems
- Understanding of Lean philosophy and willingness to apply it in practice
- Responsibility for the result, not just for completing tasks
- Independence, initiative and desire to grow
A great advantage
- Experience in drones, robotics, aviation, electronics, defense or precision manufacturing
- Working with small or medium series production
- Experience in launching new products into production
- Experience in developing test procedures
- Practical application of Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen / 5S / Poka-Yoke
- Preparation of ISO, internal audits or quality documentation experience
- Experience coordinating production tasks or a small team
