BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Coordination of production technological processes, equipment operation and daily activities.
- Analysis of production and warehousing performance indicators, identification of causes of downtime, losses and inefficient processes and proposing improvement solutions.
- Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, 5S, Kaizen) and monitoring their results.
- Participation in the planning and implementation of production technology modernization, automation and technical projects.
- Smooth cooperation with production, quality, logistics and technical maintenance teams, coordinating joint actions and ensuring the implementation of agreed solutions.
- Contribution to compliance with employee safety and health requirements, implementation of preventive measures and ensuring a safe working environment.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a higher university education in engineering, manufacturing, technical sciences or a related field.
- You are interested in production technologies, understand technological processes and the principles of equipment operation.
- You are able to analyze data, identify the causes of problems and propose practically implementable solutions.
- You are characterized by initiative, organization, responsibility and the ability to cooperate with different teams.
- You have good Lithuanian and English language skills (English is a must).
- You seek professional development, want to develop leadership competencies and grow to a managerial position in the future.
We will consider the following as an advantage:
- Experience in the areas of production, technological process coordination, technical maintenance or increasing operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, Kaizen or other process improvement methods.
- Understanding of production automation, equipment maintenance or logistics processes.
