PRODUCTION PROCESS PROJECT MANAGER

🔹 Analyze existing production processes and look for opportunities to improve their efficiency.
🔹 Initiate and manage production process optimization and automation projects - from an idea to a real working solution.
🔹 Manage and develop production productivity, cycle times, downtime, defects and other process indicators.
🔹 Look for solutions that help increase production productivity, reduce costs and process losses.
🔹 Plan project stages, deadlines, resources and supervise their implementation.
🔹 Collaborate with production, sales, IT, purchasing and technical maintenance teams.
🔹 Contribute to the preparation of new products and technological solutions for serial production.
🔹 Evaluate the results of implemented projects - their impact on productivity, quality, production costs and efficiency.

✔️ Higher technical/engineering education.
✔️ Experience in the field of production, technology, process management.
✔️ Ability to analyze production processes and data and turn them into concrete solutions.
✔️ Initiative, independence and result orientation.

3500-4500 €/month gross + bonuses for the results of implemented projects.
The final remuneration offer will depend on the candidate's experience and competencies, therefore we invite those whose expectations exceed the specified range to apply.
