Your job would be to:
- Optimize furniture production processes, ensuring stability, productivity and predictable results;
- Work actively in production – spend a significant part of your working time on on-site process analysis;
- Initiate, plan and implement production efficiency projects, ensuring their compliance with the company and group strategy;
- Analyze process costs, form the cost structure and identify reduction opportunities;
- Monitor, analyze and systematically improve production KPI indicators (OEE, productivity, downtime, cost, defects, waste, etc.);
- Prepare performance indicator reports and provide data-based recommendations to management;
- Cooperate with department managers and technologists, helping to achieve operational goals through clear and effective processes;
- Ensure smooth introduction of new products into production and technological preparation;
- Cooperate with product development, supply, quality and sales departments;
- Implement Lean and process improvement methods (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, Poka-Yoke), strengthening a culture of continuous improvement.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education (in engineering, production engineering, industrial management or similar field);
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in production process management or optimization (an advantage is in furniture or sewing production);
- You have a good understanding of the production cost structure and performance indicators;
- You have experience in applying Lean and process improvement methods;
- You are able to analyze data and make decisions based on facts;
- You have strong communication skills and are able to cooperate with different departments;
- You work freely with ERP systems and other business management platforms;
- You are proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel - data analysis and report preparation);
- You have good English (at least C1 level).
