Our client is an industrial manufacturing company with many years of experience in the building construction sector. They are currently looking for a PRODUCTION PROCESS MANAGER to join their team.
Nature of work
- Analysis of the company's business processes and implementation of optimization initiatives;
- Increasing production productivity and efficiency;
- Coordination of the implementation of new methods and standards;
- Planning production volumes and organizing employee activities;
- Organizing training and consultations for company employees;
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Employee requirements
- Higher technical education (construction field is an advantage);
- At least 3 years of similar managerial experience in a manufacturing or construction company;
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of LEAN and other process management systems;
- Good English language skills (verbal and written);
- Experience in production planning and process standardization;
- Excellent communication and work organization skills, analytical thinking.
