Main responsibilities:

  • analyze production orders, technical drawings, specifications, BOM and other approved design data;
  • check the current versions of documents, completeness and suitability for production;
  • prepare or check the technological production route, work instructions and production documentation package;
  • determine the required materials, operations, tools, measuring instruments, external processes and quality checks;
  • prepare the technical part of the commercial offer and cost price of the production project;
  • coordinate work between technologists, production, purchasing, warehouse, quality, engineering and logistics teams;
  • track project deadlines, costs, production progress and promptly resolve any issues that arise;
  • communicate with customers and the design organization regarding technical explanations, changes and discrepancies;
  • control the certificates and traceability of raw materials, components and production processes;
  • ensure that the manufactured part complies with the approved design data, quality and safety requirements;
  • check whether production and quality documents are properly completed and constitute a complete package of documents for the release of the part;
  • initiate and implement improvements to production processes, documentation and work organization.

We hope that:

  • has experience in at least one of the following areas: production technology, technical documentation, quality control, production process or technical project management;
  • is able to read technical drawings, specifications and work instructions;
  • understands how technical information is transformed into a real production process;
  • is able to independently plan work, manage deadlines and coordinate different teams;
  • is able to take responsibility for the entire project, not just for one of its stages;
  • is able not only to move the project forward, but also to stop the process when technical data is missing or there are doubts about compliance;
  • is fluent in English - it will be needed for technical documentation and communication with customers;
  • has a technical education or equivalent practical experience.

Your advantages would be:

  • experience in aviation, automotive, defense, medical devices, railways or other tightly controlled manufacturing;
  • experience working with CNC, metalworking, sheet metal, composites or assembly processes;
  • knowledge of EN 9100, ISO 9001 or other quality management systems;
  • experience working with FAI, NCR, CAPA, 8D or other quality documents;
  • experience calculating production costs and preparing proposals;
  • experience working with ERP or other production management systems.
