Join the IREMAS team and become a part of international manufacturing projects. Our metal products travel to various countries around the world, and growing production volumes open up more and more complex and interesting projects. In this position, you will be responsible for custom manufacturing projects for foreign clients - from the first technical analysis to the final delivery.
Nature of work
- Planning, organizing, executing and controlling custom manufacturing projects;
- Analysis of technical and tender documentation submitted by customers;
- Preparation of tender estimates and proposals (as needed);
- Preparation of project execution documentation, administration and coordination of delivery processes;
- Negotiations with customers and subcontractors, coordination of contract terms;
- Coordination of production teams, ensuring timely implementation of projects;
Employee requirements
- Higher education (preferably in engineering, construction or mechanics);
- Work experience as a project manager or executive project manager in the field of manufacturing or metalworking;
- Experience working with foreign clients and technical / tender / project documentation;
- Basics of estimating;
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (SAP - a big advantage);
- Negotiation skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
- Good English language skills (written and spoken), other foreign languages (an advantage);
- Good computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems, technical documentation management).
