We are looking for a responsible and organized person to coordinate daily work at the modular house production factory.
We are looking for a responsible and organized person to coordinate daily work at the modular house production factory.
Tasks
- Plan and distribute daily work to the team according to the work plan;
- Supervise the progress, quality and deadlines of work;
- Promptly resolve issues arising during production;
- Ensure that employees have the necessary materials and tools;
- Plan and control material residues;
- Monitor work productivity and help the team work more efficiently;
- Check whether the work is carried out according to the drawings and established requirements;
- Maintain order and work discipline in the factory;
- Supervise compliance with work safety requirements;
- Inform the manager about the progress of work, delays and disruptions;
- Train and involve new team members in the work.

- Have experience in construction, wooden structures, frame or modular house production;
- Able to organize people's work and clearly delegate tasks;
- Able to read technical drawings;
