UAB "Normantas ir ko" is looking for a full-time shift manager! If you are able to build a team, like order, make decisions confidently and strive for work to run smoothly - we invite you to join our team!
Nature of work:
- Ensuring the execution of the production plan and distributing work to the team (up to 20 people);
- Controlling the quality of manufactured products and production processes;
- Monitoring, analyzing work efficiency and implementing improvement solutions;
- Ensuring compliance with safety, work procedures and internal rules by subordinates;
- Cooperation with employees of the next shift and administration;
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace.
Employee requirements:
- At least 3 years of management experience in production;
- Management experience for a team of 10 or more employees (advantage);
- Certificate allowing you to work with all types of self-propelled loaders (advantage);
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to motivate and be a leader;
- Ability to plan work, organize team activities and set priorities;
- Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions;
- Good command of the Lithuanian language, both oral and written, is necessary to perform the job functions;
- Good computer skills.

- A rotating work schedule: 3 days on (06:00 to 18:00), 3 days off;
