WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)
WHAT WE OFFER
SALARY
3000-3500 €/month. in hand. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate's experience and competencies, therefore we invite those whose expectations exceed the specified range to apply.
- Launching a new JPresswood production facility in Marijampolė, creating and streamlining processes from scratch;
- Leading the production department to ensure smooth daily production activities and the implementation of set goals;
- Planning, coordinating and optimizing the production process to ensure efficiency and meet set deadlines;
- Monitoring and analyzing production results and key performance indicators, identifying problems and initiating solutions;
- Responsibility for the efficient use of raw materials, organizing production flows and smooth supply of materials to production;
- Quality control throughout the production process, ensuring that the manufactured products meet the highest quality standards;
- Managing, developing and motivating a team of shift managers, setting goals and responsibilities;
- Daily cooperation with quality, technical, logistics, sales and other company functions;
- Preparing reports on production activities and providing recommendations for process improvement and efficiency;
- Ensuring safety, health and environmental requirements in the production unit;
- Analysis of technological processes and implementation of new technologies to make production even more efficient and meet industry standards.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)
- Engineering or technological education;
- Experience in production management, ability to plan and organize both your own and your team's activities;
- Ability to manage production processes, plan resources and take responsibility for the final result;
- Strong leadership skills - ability to mobilize, develop and motivate a team;
- Analytical, engineering and structural thinking, excellent computer skills;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Quick mastery of new technologies and tools;
- Responsibility, initiative and ability to solve problems independently.
