JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing the Marijampolė production department, including raw material and finished product warehouses;
  • Planning, coordinating and optimizing the production process to ensure efficiency and meet set deadlines;
  • Monitoring and analyzing the production process, identifying deficiencies and ensuring high production efficiency and quality;
  • Responsibility for sorting and storing raw materials, ensuring smooth supply to production.
  • Quality control throughout the production process, ensuring that the manufactured products meet the highest quality standards;
  • Ensuring 24/7 production, responding to production disruptions and continuously improving processes.
  • Managing, developing and motivating a team of eight shift managers, ensuring efficiency and a good working atmosphere;
  • Collaborating with other departments in the Marijampolė production department and ensuring proper information flow;
  • Preparing reports on production activities and providing recommendations for process improvement;
  • Ensuring safety, health and environmental requirements in the production department;
  • Analysis of technological processes and implementation of new technologies to make production even more efficient and meet industry standards.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • Engineering or technological education;
  • Experience in production management, ability to plan and organize both one's own and team's activities;
  • Ability to lead teams and direct them towards high standards;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Analytical, engineering and structural thinking, excellent computer skills;
  • Quick mastery of new technologies and tools;
  • Responsibility, accuracy and constant pursuit of results.
