JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing the JPackaging production and technology department in Šeduva, ensuring smooth daily production activities and the implementation of set goals;
  • Planning, coordinating and optimizing the production process to ensure efficiency and meet set deadlines;
  • Monitoring and analyzing production results and key performance indicators, identifying problems and initiating solutions;
  • Responsibility for the efficient use of raw materials, organizing production flows and smooth supply of materials to production;
  • Quality control throughout the production process, ensuring that the manufactured products meet the highest quality standards;
  • Managing, developing and motivating a team of shift managers, setting goals and responsibilities;
  • Daily cooperation with quality, technical, logistics, sales and other company functions;
  • Preparing reports on production activities and providing recommendations for process improvement and efficiency;
  • Ensuring safety, health and environmental requirements in the production unit;
  • Analysis of technological processes and implementation of new technologies to make production even more efficient and meet industry standards.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • Engineering or technological education;
  • Experience in production management, ability to plan and organize both your own and your team's activities;
  • Ability to manage production processes, plan resources and take responsibility for the final result;
  • Strong leadership skills - ability to mobilize, develop and motivate a team;
  • Analytical, engineering and structural thinking, excellent computer skills;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Quick mastery of new technologies and tools;
  • Responsibility, initiative and ability to solve problems independently.

Salary

3000-3500 €/month. in hand. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate's experience and competencies, therefore we invite those whose expectations exceed the specified range to apply.
