Job description:
We are looking for an ambitious and responsible production manager who can effectively organize and coordinate production processes, lead a team, and contribute to improving production efficiency.
Your responsibilities:
- Organization and supervision of the production process;
- Planning of production volumes and human resources;
- Identification and removal of production interruptions;
- Analyzing production activity indicators;
- Finding and implementing solutions to improve production performance;
- Effective team formation, education and motivation;
- Cooperation with partners.
Requirements:
- Leadership skills and ability to lead a team;
- Communication skills and problem-solving skills;
- Initiative and result-oriented;
- Technical (engineering) knowledge;
- Higher technical or management education;
- Experience in a manufacturing company and management experience.
