What will your typical working day look like?
- You will work with optical coating equipment;
- You will coat optical elements with optical coatings;
- You will evaluate quality parameters;
- You will maintain the equipment, prepare it for the process;
- You will maintain order and cleanliness in your workplace.
What are our expectations for our candidate?
- Technical or physical education would be a great advantage, but the most important thing is motivation and willingness to learn;
- We hope that you are able to work with MS Office;
- You are responsible and dutiful – you feel responsible both for yourself and for your colleagues;
- You are able to work in a team and achieve common goals;
- You are prompt in completing assigned tasks and tasks;
- You are meticulous and independent and attentive to details;
- We would consider experience working with vacuum equipment as a great advantage.

Opton is a manufacturer of thin-film optical coatings. We cover glass substrates, crystals, metal, polymers. Our products - polarizers, filters, beam splitters, metal mirrors and crystals for lasers - are adapted to the spectral range from 180 nm to 20000 nm. Opton thin-film coatings are valued for their mechanical resistance, durability and high laser-induced damage threshold. We adapt the design of the covers according to the special needs of customers. The company combines mass production with research and development.
