Nature of work
- Development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of technological processes for the production of electrical products (electrical cable harnesses);
- Introduction of new products and technologies into production, participation in testing;
- Identification and resolution of production technological, quality and process problems;
- Preparation and maintenance of technological documentation;
- Participation in the selection and installation processes of production equipment;
- Training and consulting of production employees on technological issues;
- Cooperation with designers, supply and production departments and equipment manufacturers;
- Optimization of production processes in order to ensure efficiency and quality.
Employee requirements
- Engineering education (electrical, electronic, electrical engineering, manufacturing technology or related field). Final year students who are seeking to start a career in the field of manufacturing technology and who are motivated to apply the acquired knowledge in practice are also considered;
- Knowledge of electrical components, electrical cable harnesses and their manufacturing processes;
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams, technical drawings and other technical documentation;
- Good computer skills;
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, ability to work in a team;
- Experience in the field of electrical engineering production is an advantage;
- Experience working with the ERP system "Microsoft Dynamics AX" is an advantage.
