Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize the operation of production equipment, analyze efficiency indicators;
- Prepare, update and control technological processes, instructions and work standards, organize training for employees;
- Participate in the implementation of new products, recipes or technological solutions;
- Analyze production failures, identify their causes and initiate preventive solutions;
- Analyze and resolve product and other discrepancies, propose solutions for prevention;
- Initiate production efficiency, quality, parameter standardization and cost optimization projects.
What do we expect from you?
- successful work experience as a technologist in a manufacturing company;
- higher education (animal science or technology would be an advantage);
- ability to effectively manage the flow of tasks;
- responsibility, duty and diligence;
- teamwork, communication skills.
