About the position:
We are looking for a Production Technologist who wants to be close to production, understand production lines, equipment and technological processes well.

- Supervise, develop and improve production technological processes and their parameters.
- Analyze process problems, look for their causes and implement practical solutions.
- Adjust, implement and maintain technological solutions in production lines and equipment.
- Ensure that production is carried out in accordance with established technological standards.
- Analyze the causes of defects, losses and downtime and find ways to reduce them.
- Participate in the implementation of new technologies, equipment, production methods and new products.
- Prepare and update technological instructions and standards.
- Train production staff and help ensure that technological processes are followed.
- Collaborate with production, quality, R&D and maintenance teams to resolve technological issues.
- Monitor process results and initiate process improvements.

The most important thing is real experience in production, curiosity and a desire to understand how everything works down to the smallest detail.

- You have work experience in production - in a production technologist, technological engineer, shift manager or similar position.
- You have a good understanding of production technological processes and the principles of equipment operation.
- You are interested not only in what does not work, but also why.
- You are curious, practical and are not afraid to "get your hands dirty" - you solve problems where they occur.
- You like to analyze, look for reasons and find solutions.
- You are willing and able to train others and clearly explain how the process should be carried out.
- You are proactive, independent and take responsibility for your field.
- You are able to cooperate constructively with different teams.
- You have knowledge of English (ability to read technical documentation, instructions).
