What will you do:
- You will manage technological processes: recipes, production cards, salting, drying, cold and hot smoking parameters
- You will develop and improve products — from idea to shelf in a few weeks, not in a year (our crisp sales have almost doubled in a year — there will be something to contribute)
- You will work with a rare specialization — game products, which are produced by only a few companies in Lithuania
- You will ensure quality and manage technological documentation (self-control, HACCP, veterinary requirements)
- You will be in the workshop with the team — issues are resolved in real time, not by e-mail
You are a good fit for us if:
- You have real work experience in meat or other food production — this is the most important requirement. Theory alone is not enough: with us, the technologist is in production, not just at the table
- You are knowledgeable (or really want to take over) the craft of smoking and drying — you will have something to learn: the production manager knows each operation himself and will show you everything
- You live in Alytus or nearby — or you are tired of commuting every day and want serious work closer to home

- €2,500–€2,750 gross, depending on experience; after a probationary period — salary review
- Working hours Mon–Fri 8:00–16:30, weekends off

We are looking for a production technologist who knows production not from a textbook.
