Nature of work:
- Ensure the implementation of the quality indicators set by the company for the restaurants
- Actively participate in the training processes of restaurant kitchen staff
- Ensure the implementation of production technological standards, GHPT in restaurants
- Conduct internal quality assessment visits, systematize and summarize information
- Ensure quality control of manufactured products in restaurants
- Analyze qualitative production results
Full-time work, 80% of working time spent in the company's restaurants in Vilnius.
We hope you:
- You have experience working as a technologist, chief technologist
- You have received education in the field of food technology (advantage)
- You are characterized by a strong orientation towards people, you understand the importance of relationships at work
- You are able to solve problems quickly and independently
- You have computer literacy skills
- You have a valid driver's license (category B) and drive a car
- You have good knowledge of GHPT
