What are you going to do:
- You will ensure the implementation of the quality indicators set for the company's restaurants.
- You will be responsible for the training and induction of new kitchen employees.
- You will ensure the implementation of production technological standards and GHPT in restaurants.
- You will conduct internal quality assessment visits, systematize and summarize information.
- You will ensure quality control of manufactured products in restaurants.
- You will analyze qualitative production results.
Full-time job, 80% of working time spent in the company's restaurants in Vilnius.
We hope you:
- Have at least 1 year of work experience as a head chef, technologist or chief technologist.
- Have a degree in food technology (an advantage).
- Have a strong people orientation, understand the importance of relationships at work.
- Able to solve problems quickly and independently.
- Have computer literacy skills.
- Have a valid driver's license (category B) and drive a car.
- Have good knowledge of GHPT.
