Nature of work
As the requirements for the quality of manufactured products and the efficiency of the production process grow, we seek to strengthen the supervision, analysis and continuous improvement of the technological process, therefore we are strengthening the team and looking for a production technologist.
Main responsibilities that would fall on:
Main responsibilities that would fall on:
- Supervision of the technological process and control of compliance with standards and regulations;
- Monitoring, systematization and analysis of physical, chemical, raw material and energy resource consumption parameters, proposals for improving technology without violating product quality and process requirements;
- Participation in investigating product and process non-compliance, proposing preventive actions;
- Participation in testing new products and improving existing products;
- Implementation of new production projects;
- Preparation of training and training of production employees on technology issues;
- Participation in the development and implementation of Lean tools;
- Cooperation with quality, sustainability, production and technical teams.
Competence we expect:
- Higher university or college education in the field of engineering;
- Similar or close work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian;
- Skills in reading drawings and drawing in SolidWorks/AutoCad programs;
- Good general computer skills - MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Personal qualities important for the position - analytical thinking, initiative in solving problems, ability to think process-oriented, curiosity for innovations.
