Our organization is rapidly expanding and strengthening, therefore we are looking for a Head of Production Technologists Department, who will contribute to our innovative projects and ensure close cooperation with our other departments in various countries. Your main responsibilities:
- Organization of work of the technologist team, setting priorities, distributing tasks and professional development and motivation of the team.
- Supervision, standardization, efficiency and continuous improvement of technological processes in the production of upholstered furniture.
- Coordination of the development of technological solutions for new products and the updating of technological solutions for existing products.
- Ensuring the preparation, accuracy and relevance of technical documentation (technological cards, drawings, instructions, specifications).
- Analysis of production efficiency, labor productivity and cost, initiation and implementation of process optimization initiatives.
- Close cooperation with production units in Lithuania and other company units abroad, ensuring unified technological solutions.
- Active participation in the implementation and development of the ERP system (IFS), integration of technological processes into the system.
- Solving technological and production problems, rapid reaction to non-standard situations.
- Strengthening the culture of Continuous Improvement, applying LEAN or other efficiency methods.
- Collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement and project management teams.
We expect from you:
- Higher technological or engineering education.
- Experience in team management.
- Understanding of design and production technological processes.
- Experience in the upholstered furniture or wood sector is a great advantage.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, CNC machines, WoodWOP or anti-stagnation solutions is an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP systems (IFS is a great advantage).
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Analytical thinking, leadership, initiative and decision-making ability.
