Production manager

Ensure compliance with the production plan and established deadlines during work;
Organize, distribute and control work among shift workers;
Monitor the operation of equipment, promptly resolve technical malfunctions;
Ensure that the production process is carried out in accordance with established quality, technological and safety requirements;
Ensure labor discipline, maintain order;
Ensure that employee safety, fire safety and environmental protection requirements are met;
Ensure cleanliness and order in assigned territories, workplaces, recreation and household premises;
Organize the work of employees.

Experience in production/shift manager/foreman positions;
Technical or engineering higher/higher education;
Ability to follow the production plan, manage daily situations and adapt quickly to changes;
Experience in analyzing production processes and applying effective technological and organizational solutions.
