We are a small, but successfully operating manufacturing company for more than 10 years. Our main activity is the production, packaging and delivery of printed products for well-known Scandinavian brands. We ensure the highest quality and the best service-price ratio for our customers.
We are currently looking for a motivated, responsible and results-oriented manager to strengthen our team in Klaipėda.

Your responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and managing the company's activities and production processes.
• Ensure that orders are delivered on time and high quality requirements are met.
• Maintain contacts with suppliers of materials and technical equipment.
• Monitoring the technical condition of equipment and production progress.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements.
• Responsibility for the company's financial management and close cooperation and direct reporting to the company's board.

Candidate requirements:

• Management experience in the field of production (in a similar company is an advantage).
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible attitude to work, leadership and ability to make decisions.
• Good knowledge of English (verbal and written).
