📅 Production planning: Planning daily work, priorities and production deadlines.
⚙️ Production process management: Distributing work, monitoring production progress and ensuring smooth work.
🛠️ Problem solving: Promptly solving and preventing problems arising in production.
👥 Team coordination: Organizing employee work, conducting short meetings and controlling tasks.
📦 Material supply: Monitoring the remaining necessary materials, partial ordering and coordinating supply.
📈 Production improvement: Searching for and implementing more efficient ways of organizing work.
