Production Manager

UAB "Birštono mineraliniai vandenys" ir Ko, which operates two factories in Birštonas and Druskininkai, is looking for a production manager to work in Birštonas. We are looking for someone who would be able to unite the team, smoothly organize production, and achieve the highest results.

Effectively organize shift work, distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members;
Prepare production plans, taking into account the planned volumes, deadlines and resources;
Quickly and effectively resolve problems arising in the production process, shortages of raw materials or employee problems;
Analyze problems that have arisen and seek long-term solutions in order to prevent their recurrence in the future;
Maintain good communication with other departments in order to quickly obtain the necessary resources and information to solve problems.

Knowledge of production processes, planning and work organization skills;
Leadership skills, ability to motivate a team and ensure effective management of work processes;
Ability to analyze production data, develop and implement process improvement measures;
High sense of responsibility and results orientation, ability to work with goals and meet deadlines;
Higher education (in engineering, manufacturing or similar field);
Knowledge of English.
