Nature of work
Effectively organize shift work, distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members;
Prepare production plans, taking into account the planned volumes, deadlines and resources;
Quickly and effectively resolve problems arising in the production process, shortages of raw materials or employee problems;
Analyze problems that have arisen and seek long-term solutions in order to prevent their recurrence in the future;
Maintain good communication with other departments in order to quickly obtain the necessary resources and information to solve problems.

Higher education (in engineering, manufacturing or similar field);
Knowledge of English.
