🌲What will you do in the team?
- Organize and control the daily kitchen production process;
- Lead the kitchen team: plan shifts and workload, delegate tasks, control their implementation;
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements at all stages of production;
- Prepare and coordinate menus for a large and diverse flow of patients (including dietetic food), employees and guests;
- Control the quality of food production, portion sizes, dish presentation standards and consistency of taste;
- Plan and control the cost of food, production costs and kitchen budget;
- Responsible for the proper operation of kitchen equipment, maintenance of technical condition and timely repairs;
- Carry out employee selection, adaptation, training and professional development in the areas of food safety and technology;
- Motivate the team, resolve conflict situations, maintain a good working microclimate;
- You will collaborate with other departments of the sanatorium (doctors, dietitians, administration) regarding the nutritional needs of patients;
- You will create new dishes, technological cards;
- If necessary, you will be directly involved in the production process.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Experience in leading a production or kitchen team (preferably at least 2-3 years);
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards and their practical application;
- Ability to plan and manage large-scale food production and menus for various target groups;
- Strong leadership, team management and motivation skills;
- Analytical thinking, ability to control costs, cost price and optimize processes;
- Responsibility, organization, ability to work under heavy workload and make decisions independently;
- Good written and oral Lithuanian language skills; knowledge of English or Russian is an advantage.

Our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center operating in the sanatorium is the largest in Lithuania in terms of the volume of medical rehabilitation services provided, and also unites 13 outpatient medical rehabilitation centers throughout the country.
