In this position, you will be responsible for organizing production activities. Your focus will be on production processes, people, quality, productivity and continuous improvement of operations. You will work together with specialists from different fields, solving production, quality, technical and personnel issues to achieve planned results.

What will we entrust to you
- Organize and ensure the effective implementation of production processes in order to achieve the set production volumes, quality and deadlines.
- Manage a team of production employees, plan work, develop competencies and ensure work discipline.
- Control production costs, raw material use and key performance indicators.
- Initiate and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and processes.
- Cooperate with other departments in implementing company goals and resolving operational issues.
It is likely that we are on our way if
- You have a higher education.
- You have successful experience in the field of production management.
- You have experience in process improvement, increasing operational efficiency, quality assurance and project implementation.
- You speak English.
- You are able to analyze performance indicators, make decisions and mobilize a team to achieve results.
Advantages:
- Experience in applying Lean Manufacturing methods.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and SMED methods.
- Knowledge of quality systems BRC, IFS and HACCP.
- Experience in implementing changes, developing employees and managing projects
