- Execution of the production plan and creation, installation, maintenance and control of production modes,
- Appropriate and timely execution and control of work processes and production tasks,
- Improving the recipes and technologies of manufactured products, creating new products and technological processes,
- Quality control of raw materials and products,
- Preparation and filling of documentation,
- Responsibility for the cleanliness and order of the workshop, applying the rules of good hygiene practice,
- Ensuring high quality standards of manufactured products,
- Cooperation with managers of other departments.
Employee requirements
- You have a higher education (in the field of food industry technology and/or food safety),
- Work experience in the food industry - REQUIRED,
- Knowledge of food production technology - REQUIRED,
- Good computer skills,
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, creativity,
- Good leadership skills, organization.
