Responsibilities waiting for you:
- Plan production activities, manage capacities and ensure smooth execution of daily operations;
- Standardize processes and implement LEAN and KAIZEN principles in order to reduce losses and increase productivity;
- Look for opportunities to optimize production, automate operations and implement solutions that help work faster, with higher quality and efficiency;
- Organize teamwork, clearly allocate responsibilities and develop an independent, results-oriented team;
- Ensure product quality, timely order fulfillment and prompt resolution of emerging problems;
- Control production costs, analyze performance indicators and implement solutions that increase production efficiency;
- Continuously seek improvement opportunities and turn them into specific, measurable results.
We hope you:
- Has at least 3 years of production management experience;
- Has practical experience in applying LEAN methods and continuous improvement;
- Able to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies and implement specific improvements;
- Understands the principles of production efficiency, quality, cost and deadline management;
- Able to independently organize work, make decisions and take responsibility for results;
- Has English language skills at least B2 level;
- You are proactive, result-oriented and able to involve the team in the continuous improvement process.
