- Daily planning, organization and control of confectionery production;
- Organization of work of the production team, distribution of tasks;
- Planning and implementation of orders, production priorities and production capacities;
- Ensuring the quality of production;
- Setting, monitoring, analysis of results and implementation of corrective actions for production KPIs;
- Analysis, optimization and standardization of production processes;
- Increasing labor productivity, reducing production costs and losses;
- Efficient use of employees, raw materials, equipment and other production resources;
- Planning and coordination of the launch of new products into production;
- Planning and implementation of the development of the confectionery workshop together with the team;
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, technological processes and established highest quality standards.
Employee requirements
- Experience in managing production and a team;
- Work experience in a food industry company;
- Strong leadership, team management and work organization skills;
- Ability to plan orders, production capacities and effectively manage resources;
- Analytical thinking, ability to manage production according to KPIs, identify problems and make data-based decisions;
- Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office tools;
- Higher or college education in food technology, food engineering or a related field is an advantage;
- Knowledge of LEAN principles and methods is an advantage;
- English language proficiency is an advantage.
